In the very heart of Milan
In the very heart of Milan
In the very heart of Milan
On the west side of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, bordering the arcades of Piazza del Duomo, a LEED Gold Certified historic building overlooking Via Silvio Pellico and the Galleria’s inner courtyards has been fully transformed. What was once an office building is now a superior four-star hotel, bringing new life and activity to one of Milan’s most iconic settings.
The renovation reimagined the entire interior program. The basement now houses a spa and meeting rooms, while the ground floor accommodates the lobby, breakfast room, restaurant, and lounge bar in a fluid, interconnected layout. The six upper floors feature 85 rooms and suites of various types, designed to suit different guest needs.

The historic façade was carefully restored to its original appearance and enhanced with thermal and acoustic insulation, improving both efficiency and comfort. Inside, new steel mezzanines, suspended from tie-rods, expand the breakfast room’s capacity, while large skylights flood the restaurant with natural light, connecting it visually to Via Silvio Pellico.

The interior design concept reinterprets the spirit of traditional Milanese interiors through a contemporary lens, using modern materials and finishes to create spaces that are elegant, welcoming, and distinctly rooted in the city’s identity.
