This project transforms a former office building on Viale Lancetti in Milan into a new hospitality destination, redefining an ex-industrial and tertiary area of the city. The intervention includes the conversion of the main street-facing building from offices into a hotel, along with a new rooftop level that will host suites, a bar, and a swimming pool.

The intervention includes the conversion of the main street-facing building from offices into a hotel, along with a new rooftop level that will host suites, a bar, and a swimming pool.
The surrounding volumes overlooking the internal courtyard will house the new commercial and tertiary spaces, connected directly to the public street through a series of open or glazed passageways that create permeability and dialogue between the private and urban realms.
