Perched on four hectares of untouched land overlooking the serene Hebil Bay near Bodrum, Olivium Villas redefines what an exclusive coastal retreat can be. The design blends a modern Mediterranean sensibility with an international flair, combining minimalist proportions with the warmth of local materials.
Each villa is unique — no two houses are alike, and no two views are the same — ensuring every resident experiences their own private dialogue with the surrounding mountains and sea.

The architecture makes optimum use of the site’s natural features, preserving mature olive trees and native vegetation, while embracing the gradient of the terrain. This results in a terraced arrangement where pools, courtyards, and indoor-outdoor living areas flow across multiple levels, creating unexpected spatial relationships and views.
Sustainability and comfort were central to the design approach. The villas feature ventilated façades in local Hatay stone, sliding wooden shutters, and solar panels for hot water production. Systems were selected to deliver the highest level of summer thermal comfort and precise indoor air quality control, while emphasizing energy savings in both winter and summer.

The result is a project that marries architectural elegance with environmental consciousness, offering a contemporary vision of Mediterra nean living — one that celebrates its landscape, optimizes natural light, and connects seamlessly to the rhythm of sea and sky.
