A new underground garage was constructed beneath the existing structure, while the top two floors were expanded through the use of a mixed steel-and-wood system. Throughout the process, the historic façade was carefully preserved to maintain the building’s original character.

The intervention ultimately redefined the building as a hub for offices serving the fashion and luxury residential sectors, combining respect for heritage with modern spatial and technical requirements.
